Hold at FedEx

We highly recommend having your package of wine held at your nearest FedEx location if you will not be present to sign for your shipment. On FedEx.com or the FedEx app, first click on your order. Next click on the "Hold at FedEx Location" button on the tracking FedEx confirmation page. Your package will be held at FedEx for 5 days. After 5 days your shipment will be returned to sender. Please note, we are unable to provide a refund if your shipment is returned.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are unable to guarantee replacement wine that arrives damaged or is lost by FedEx, but we're happy to apply credit to the customer's account for future purchases.

Multiple Destinations

Unfortunately at this time orders cannot be split and shipped to multiple destinations.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders placed in error at any point during order processing and fulfillment.
